This mural, located upstairs at the head of the stairs, was painted by
Ruth Fisher, Mildred Baldridge, Libby Cowgill, Geraldine Hatcher,
Pearl Griffin, Sue Peeler, and Doris Helms.
It depicts the variety of life in Sullivan County in the early years.

In front of the mural is a pew from the ??? Church,
where you can sit and catch your breath from climbing all those stairs.
